About the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at the Southland site. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to advance within our national organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Site Manager and play a key part in overseeing production operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team leadership within a production environment, as well as a solid understanding of New Zealand manufacturing health and safety regulations. We are looking for someone who is qualified as a Chemical or Process Engineer or has a similar background. Active experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean methodologies will be essential, along with a competency in utilizing technology effectively in a production setting.
