About the Role
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand & Communications Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts, develop our brand strategy, and coordinate high-impact events that engage our customers and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building brand identity and driving strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage the marketing team to deliver innovative and effective campaigns. It will be your responsibility to develop and implement brand and communication strategies that align with our business goals. You will also oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful spending.
In addition, you will plan, lead, and coordinate strategic events that enhance our brand visibility and foster customer engagement. Driving internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, and digital content, will be essential to your role. You will ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone with proven experience in brand management, marketing leadership, and communications. Strong leadership and team development skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You should have experience managing budgets and delivering strategic events.
A proactive, hands-on approach combined with a passion for storytelling and brand building will be key to your success in this position.
