As the Charge Nurse Manager for North Inpatients, you will occasionally support other wards within the Adult Inpatient Group as needed. We value collaboration and maintain strong connections with our Outpatient Team, ensuring that the consumer, family, and whanau remain central to our care practices.
About You

You will possess excellent clinical credibility and a proven ability to lead and support your team in delivering a high standard of care. Your strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities will enable you to work effectively with diverse teams, including the multidisciplinary team, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and other Charge Nurse Managers.
You must either hold or have commenced the postgraduate pathway focused on mental health nursing. You should be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand, possess a Mental Health Scope, and have a current Annual Practising Certificate.
