About the Role
As a Clinical Records Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver essential services to the hospital through the accurate and timely management of patient health information. Your tasks will include tracking, sorting, filing, digitizing, and releasing clinical records while ensuring privacy and accessibility for both clinicians and patients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and is comfortable with some physical activity. You will follow prioritized workflows, maintain high standards of accuracy, and support the seamless processing of both paper and digital records in our hybrid clinical environment. About You
To succeed as a Clinical Records Administrator, you will possess:
- A methodical, detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- An understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and the importance of handling sensitive information with care
- Previous clerical experience in health or records management is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
