Receptionist - Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU)
North Shore Hospital
Permanent, full-time role (80 hours per fortnight) working 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our PACU team at North Shore Hospital on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their whanau, providing a warm welcome as they enter the department. You will manage telephone calls, answer queries with a professional and positive attitude, and perform a range of administrative and clerical duties.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and computer skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience as a receptionist in a hospital or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
