About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support the General Manager of the Child, Women and Family Division, as well as the wider leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at Waitakere Hospital, with some responsibilities across the Waitakere and North Shore sites. In this role, you will be at the center of a dynamic, high-performing healthcare environment, contributing to the future of care for women and children in Waitemata.
What You'll Do
In this position, you will provide top-tier administrative support, manage communications, and keep the team organized. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating strategic planning sessions. You will also play a key role in driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess over five years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within the health sector. Exceptional communication skills, technological proficiency, and a keen attention to detail are essential. We value a calm, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Benefits
This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers collective agreement and is mapped to band 5.
