About the Role In this position, you will work alongside an experienced and supportive crew to deliver high-quality civil projects. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. This role involves a combination of driving and hands-on labouring duties, ensuring that no two days are the same. The work can be physically demanding, and we prioritize teamwork and site safety to create an effective working environment. What’s On Offer We provide a competitive hourly wage of $30–$32, based on your experience. Our team enjoys weekly pay and full personal protective equipment (PPE). We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need a Class 4 License and preferably have experience in civil or construction work. Experience with a road ranger gearbox is essential, and you should be willing to take on general labouring duties as required. A good understanding of health and safety regulations on-site is crucial, along with experience operating construction vehicles.
