About the Role:
As a key member of the Branch leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability and growth of our branches, fostering the personal development of our employees, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This full-time, permanent position will involve regular travel within the surrounding areas and between various locations under your responsibility.
Your success will be evaluated based on three primary categories:
Customer Satisfaction: You will leverage your negotiation and relationship management skills to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. This effort will help solidify Brandt's reputation as an industry leader in customer satisfaction and as a vital business partner.
Financial Performance: Drawing on your industry knowledge and commercial acumen, you will establish goals and budgets that empower your team to operate effectively while remaining adaptable to external demands.
Leadership and Development: Your experience and sales achievements will enable you to mentor and elevate your team, fostering a culture of shared success, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and integrity.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate people leader who advocates for continuous improvement and possesses a strong drive to achieve both personal and team success. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in sales and a desire to lead others to similar success
- Strong knowledge of the construction equipment industry and the broader agricultural sector
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining healthy, profitable customer relationships
- A solid understanding of financial management, including asset and inventory management, budgeting, and pricing strategy
- A growth mindset with the ability to identify tangible opportunities to increase market share
