Property Maintenance Officer

About the Company We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to join our Property and Facilities team. This is a permanent part-time position, offering 20 hours of work per week, and the salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis. The role is based in Ranfurly and primarily serves the Maniototo district. About the Role In this position, you will play a vital role in assisting with the maintenance of our Council’s buildings and land. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Council offices, community halls, pavilions, elderly person housing, and Council grounds. This role is ideal for a tradesperson seeking part-time work, or for someone with strong do-it-yourself skills.
