About the Role
We are seeking a Depot Manager to join our team in Gore. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and is pivotal in ensuring the successful and profitable management of our depot. The Depot Manager will lead our dedicated team, with a strong emphasis on safety and delivering high-quality services to the local community. This is an on-site position.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading and managing our team of drivers
- Overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the depot
- Ensuring health and safety compliance and effective risk management
- Building and maintaining key relationships with school and charter contacts, while proactively developing business opportunities
- Managing overall fleet and plant maintenance
