We are currently looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to join our team in Invercargill.
About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will lead a talented group of mechanics and play an active role in daily vehicle assessments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement within our company, allowing you to develop your skills while contributing to a fun and dynamic team atmosphere.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is action-oriented and proactive in seeking out new opportunities and challenges. You should have a strong knowledge base in the automotive field and be open to trying new methods to enhance operations.
Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting your team members will come naturally to you, and maintaining high standards of care and safety for all will be a priority.
Ideally, candidates should possess the ability to perform vehicle assessments by obtaining a WoF authority. If you do not currently hold this authority, we are willing to provide training, provided you have at least four years of full-time experience in repairs and maintenance of all safety aspects of light motor vehicles. A minimum Class 1 NZ driver’s license or equivalent is also required.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, along with some rostered weekend work. Note that the experience requirement can be reduced to three years with certain qualifications—please inquire for more details.
