About the Role We are seeking a Front Desk Manager or Guest Services Expert who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. In this essential role, you will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk. Your responsibilities will include addressing guest inquiries, managing reservations, responding to housekeeping requests, and maintaining our high standards of customer service. To thrive in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while solving problems. We value guest comfort and safety, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment and takes pride in their work. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a 4-star or higher setting. Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus. You will need to hold or be able to obtain your LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates.
