About the Team
You will be joining a large, friendly, and highly supportive team at the Canterbury Eye Department. Our team consists of 13 consultants and a skilled group of nurses, orthoptists, optometrists, ophthalmology assistants, and administrative staff, creating a cohesive and collaborative environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- A commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- An interest or experience in research is an advantage
Benefits
As an Ophthalmology Fellow, your salary and benefits will be aligned with the ASMS Senior Medical and Dental Officers Collective Agreement.
