About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer/Service Person to join our team in Hornby. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with tools and machinery and are committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our equipment is fit for hire, which is essential to our operations. You will also provide advice and support to customers both over the phone and in-branch regarding the best equipment for their projects. While prior industry experience is not a requirement, we do seek candidates with a positive, can-do attitude who are willing to collaborate and pitch in where needed.
