About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at the Hillmorton Health Campus in Christchurch. This permanent part-time position offers 20 hours of work per week, primarily from 4 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts. As part of our fast-paced team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Hillmorton Health Campus. Our cleaning services operate 365 days a year, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our patients and their families. The hourly rate for this position starts at $27.80, in accordance with the E tū Service and Food Workers collective agreement. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Completing all cleaning tasks to a high standard - Ensuring that daily schedules and task lists are accomplished within set time frames - Collaborating with fellow cleaners to complete tasks efficiently - Aligning service requirements with clinical needs - Maintaining cleaning equipment and operating it according to specifications - Using the correct chemicals and dilutions for cleaning tasks Requirements We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and flexible candidates who are passionate about maintaining cleanliness in our facilities.
