About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Kevin Hickman Retirement Village as a Caregiver. We have two positions available, with shifts scheduled as follows: - Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Sunday and Monday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM In this role, you will develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, delivering care that reflects the same quality you would provide to your own loved ones. Additionally, you will utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. About You To thrive in our nurturing setting, we are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities: - Kindness as a core value - Strong empathy and understanding - Outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
