About the Role We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in our residential service located in Christchurch. We have openings for both permanent full-time and part-time positions. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching rangatahi (youth) and tamariki (children) within our Intensive Support Services. The primary responsibility of a Support Worker is to assist rangatahi and tamariki in living as independently as possible within their communities.
