About the Role We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join Kevin Hickman Retirement Village in Riccarton, Christchurch, as a Caregiver. This full-time position requires you to work Sunday through Thursday, with split shifts from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: - A Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate - A compassionate demeanor reflected in your daily interactions - Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional attitude In this role, you will: - Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families - Adhere to individual care plans, providing care that you would deem suitable for your own loved ones - Utilize the latest technology, including our custom care app, myRyman - Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive team environment Please note that while we welcome applications from overseas candidates, applicants must have Full New Zealand Work Rights for this role due to immigration requirements.
