About the Role We are seeking compassionate and motivated support workers to join our team in Christchurch and Canterbury. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Experience as a support worker in community or residential settings - Ability to work within a framework that emphasizes the strengths of the client - Skills in life coaching, care work, companionship, and motivational support - Availability for weekend shifts - A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle - Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualification is essential.
