The ideal candidate will be responsible for breaking down beef and handling various meat products, ensuring that all work meets our high standards. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Experience and qualifications as a butcher, with a strong skill set in breaking down beef - A stable work history supported by references - A demonstrated commitment to safety and wellbeing as well as food safety practices - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines - Capability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure, while planning your workload - A shared commitment to our values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence - The legal right to work in New Zealand This position is suitable for both experienced butchers and graduated butcher apprentices who are eager to expand their skills and knowledge.
