About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated leader to join our Bakery team as Bakery Manager. This role is perfect for someone who may be a second-in-command looking to take the next step in their career. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the bakery operations, from bread and cakes to our delicious donuts, or a willingness to learn. In this position, you will collaborate effectively within a small team and uphold high standards. Your leadership style will be characterized by excellent communication skills and a commitment to guiding the department to exceed expectations. Additionally, you will ensure that compliance with recipes, rosters, and key performance indicators is consistently maintained. This is a full-time position, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, and early morning starts are required.
