About the Role In the role of Baker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our bakery department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with production planning and monitoring performance - Leading product refinement and expanding our product range - Ensuring consistent quality across all offerings - Supporting daily operations in collaboration with the Bakery Manager - Upholding Health & Safety, Food Safety, and store protocols - Building strong relationships with the broader team and leadership What's In It For You?
