About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team in delivering one-on-one support to clients. The roles we offer include home management, personal care, and assistance with daily activities. You will have the opportunity to support individuals with complex needs, assist them in achieving their goals, and help manage their daily routines. This may also involve supporting clients with exercise, mobility, and medication, with appropriate training provided. Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A genuine compassion for others and a professional demeanor - Experience in providing support for individuals with high needs, along with a minimum Level 2 qualification or equivalent - A willingness to assist clients in their home environment - A full or restricted New Zealand driver’s license and access to a vehicle - The legal right to work in New Zealand - Previous experience in the health and wellbeing sector or relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage Benefits We offer a rewarding work environment where you can truly make a difference in someone’s life.
