About the Company
At MindFull Support, we believe that our employees play a crucial role in our mission. Instead of focusing solely on what we need from you, we prioritize what we can offer you. Our commitment to your support directly translates to better care for our whaiora. We are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive while making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate, grounded, and adventurous Support Workers to join our team in the region. In this role, you will work alongside rangatahi and tangata whaiora, with a particular emphasis on addressing trauma-related issues.
What MindFull Offers You

You will have the chance to travel with whaiora across the North Island, all while being part of a supportive team culture. Our office team is dedicated to uplifting and serving you, ensuring that you have the resources and support you need.
We are committed to ongoing learning and development, providing both clinical and cultural supervision. Your insights and ideas matter to us; we value your input in how our company operates.
At MindFull, we focus on mana-enhancing, trauma-informed support, and we pride ourselves on fostering a workplace that prioritizes collaboration over ego or titles.
