About the Role
We are currently seeking Child and Adolescent Mental Health clinicians who are ready for a change of pace and eager to enhance their skills in assessment, risk management, and brief interventions. We are looking for qualified professionals, including Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses, Child Psychotherapists, and Clinical Psychologists.
This position offers both permanent full-time (40 hours) and part-time (minimum 24 hours) opportunities based at the Greenlane Clinical Centre, with workdays from Monday to Friday.
You will have the chance to be part of the Kari Centre, a vibrant outpatient service focused on Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Our team provides assessment and therapy to children, young people, and their families in the central Auckland area. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively with fellow professionals to deliver high-quality assessments, formulating goal-based therapeutic interventions that actively involve the young person and their whānau in their care and decision-making processes. Your contributions will empower them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be a registered Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Psychotherapist, or Clinical Psychologist with current New Zealand registration and a practicing certificate.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience working with children and youth in a mental health setting, demonstrate the ability to work well in a team and under pressure, and possess a full and clean driver’s license, as this is a community-based role.
