About the Role We are currently seeking Casual Caregivers to join our team at our Oakland Facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing dedicated support to our elderly residents. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, passionate, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we care for. Key responsibilities include: - Availability for day and night shifts - Delivering friendly and supportive services - Assisting with personal cares - Helping residents with general activities - Flexibility to work weekends Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A minimum of 1-2 years of caregiving experience - Previous experience in the delivery of care services - A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to excellence in elderly care - A positive and proactive attitude - Honesty, reliability, and integrity At the Ultimate Care Group, we recognize that we are providing a home for our residents.
