Our history of delivering excellent care to our clients is matched by our commitment to supporting our valued caregivers. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team in Tauranga. About the Role We are seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers who are looking for flexible and casual work opportunities in Tauranga. This role offers the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle and commitments. We have a number of new clients requiring additional support, particularly on weekends, and we offer a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings during the week. Our shifts have a minimum duration of three hours, with many opportunities for longer hours. We understand the importance of balancing work with personal life, and we strive to provide flexibility that accommodates your schedule. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: - A full, current New Zealand driver license and access to your own vehicle - Experience in personal care, including companionship and home-help tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation - Skills in providing personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming - Experience in dementia and palliative care is preferred - Recent caregiving or healthcare experience is desirable - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand (a valid working visa is required) - A clear background and criminal check We provide after-hours support seven days a week, ensuring our caregivers have access to a dedicated coordinator for assistance during their shifts.
