About the Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Trade Me Jobs team, where you will manage a portfolio of client accounts in the South Island and Lower North Island. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor in digital recruitment marketing and the recruitment industry. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients by providing education and delivering valuable solutions that align with their business performance goals. You will work to retain and expand your portfolio while assisting clients in maximizing their advertising effectiveness on Trade Me Jobs. Here is what you can expect from this role: - Engage directly with clients, ranging from recruiters to managing directors and business owners, to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth. - Develop tailored product solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, applying personalized value propositions. - Confidently present and pitch digital advertising solutions, positioning Trade Me Jobs as an essential partner for clients. - Create and implement strategies to achieve results in your market. - Travel throughout the region to meet with clients and participate in industry events. - Maintain and enhance our reputation as a trusted industry partner while driving sales and revenue growth. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Experience in a Senior Account Management position. - Proven ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients at all levels. - A media background in digital sales or digital marketing is a significant advantage. - While a background in recruitment is beneficial, it is not essential for success. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable. - Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify opportunities through effective data analysis. - Excellent presentation skills, allowing you to convey compelling narratives to both small and large audiences. - The ability to work autonomously, whether on the road or from our Christchurch or Wellington office.
