About the Role
We are currently seeking two proactive and solutions-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Christchurch. This role will require you to work onsite to promote teamwork and effective communication.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and liaising with both internal and external customers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Engaging in process improvements to enhance quality and service.
- Proactively identifying and informing customers of any network delays.
- Managing customer queries via phone and email, including escalated issues.
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
We are looking for driven individuals who excel in a team environment, are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, and possess strong attention to detail. The ideal candidates will also have:
- Experience in a similar role, with call center experience being highly desirable.
- Resilience and adaptability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on first contact resolution.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A growth mindset and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
