Your responsibilities will include following a care plan that may encompass: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Administration of medication - Personal care tasks (such as showering and toileting) - Home management duties Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess a strong desire to help and support others, striving for excellence in all that they do.
