About the Role
We are currently looking for a General/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Taranaki Base Hospital on a full-time basis for a temporary period of 12 months, to cover a sabbatical. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy yet supportive hospital environment. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide comprehensive medical services to our diverse community. Your responsibilities will include acute and inpatient care, outpatient clinics, and participation in the general medicine on-call roster.

About You
- You should be vocationally registered (or eligible for registration) with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
- A Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- A commitment to holistic and equitable patient care is vital.
