We are currently seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team and contribute to exciting projects throughout the Waikato region and beyond. About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Scaffolders for multiple roles within our organization. This position requires flexibility, as you may be asked to assist with projects across the country. Your primary responsibilities will include dismantling temporary metal scaffolding to create work platforms and structures on various building and industrial sites. Key duties will involve: - Determining job requirements by planning and arranging scaffolding - Selecting and preparing necessary materials for the job - Loading and unloading scaffolding and equipment at the site - Erecting scaffold structures by lifting and positioning sections of scaffolding and bolting pipes together - Establishing platforms and implementing safety measures - Inspecting and repairing scaffolding to ensure stability and safety - Installing guard rails and safety netting - Maintaining a clean work environment, including equipment and tools - Adhering to health and safety requirements - Performing other duties as assigned Pay Conditions The pay rate for this role ranges from a minimum of $29.66 per hour to a maximum of $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: - A minimum of 2.5 years of relevant scaffolding experience or an equivalent qualification - Strong interpersonal skills, good time management, and a solid work ethic - Flexibility to work in various locations across New Zealand - A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development within the industry - A strong emphasis on health and safety practices on-site - Reliability and a strong work ethic Location Scaffolders will be required to work in multiple locations throughout New Zealand, including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago, and Southland.
