About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Front of House staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and optimizing profitability while ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
You will be expected to inspire and motivate your team, creating an environment that promotes excellence and teamwork. Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry is essential.
- Holding a Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and a Manager’s Certificate is desirable.
- A positive attitude and strong personality are key attributes we are looking for.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve their best.
