Production Manager

About the Company ConsultANZ is currently seeking a Production Manager for an esteemed manufacturer within New Zealand's building products industry. About the Role In this position, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of 40-50 staff, with 7-10 direct reports. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations across various functions such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing production planning, budget control, and overall operational performance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in a precast and concrete manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant qualification is preferred, although equivalent operational or manufacturing experience will also be considered. We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and effective stakeholder management are essential attributes for this position.
