About the Role
As a Scaffolder with us, you will play a crucial role in constructing and erecting scaffolding and working platforms for various construction projects. Additionally, you will be involved in building stands and tiered seating for public events, including concerts and sporting activities.
Your responsibilities will include inspecting areas that require scaffolding, making calculations to determine the necessary scaffolding types, unloading materials, and assembling scaffolding frameworks. You will also be tasked with fitting ladders, rails, and other attachments, as well as regularly checking and maintaining scaffolding equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Once projects are completed, you will take down the scaffolding and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we prefer candidates with at least one year of relevant scaffolding experience or qualifications equivalent to NZQF level 2 or 3.

Pay Conditions
The pay for this position ranges from a minimum of $26.00 per hour to a maximum of $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Hours of Work
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
Location
This role may require you to work across various locations throughout New Zealand, including Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Whanganui-Manawatu, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago, and Southland.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
