About the Role
In this role, you will join a team that values innovative and efficient approaches to civil construction challenges. You will receive support from highly experienced Foremen, Site and Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Management. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, ensuring that no two days are the same. About You
We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute their enthusiasm and practical skills to our high-performing environment. You should be willing to learn new things and meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience on civil construction sites
- Willingness to perform general laboring tasks
- Ability to operate heavy plant machinery is a plus (WTR, Class 2+)
- Natural leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliability and pride in your work
- A good sense of humor
You should be able to maintain a high level of integrity in your work and enjoy developing your technical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to foster and maintain genuine relationships with our clients and colleagues.
We are particularly interested in candidates who hold a Class B Approved Asbestos Removal Supervisor qualification, as this would be an added advantage.
