About the Role We are currently seeking a Leading Hand with a strong background in civil construction, carpentry, and light engineering. In this hands-on leadership role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing projects and resources on-site - Coordinating staff and subcontractors - Overseeing the daily execution of works - Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards - Communicating effectively with clients and management - Assisting in job planning and logistics prior to site work While you will receive support from management, we are looking for someone who can operate independently and demonstrate initiative.
