About the Company
We are a privately owned contracting company that specializes in all aspects of drainage, including water, sewer, and stormwater management. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects scheduled for 2025 and 2026, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an experienced Drainage Foreman.
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge and make a significant impact within our team. We value individuals who are enthusiastic and ready to contribute to our ongoing projects. Your expertise will help guide our drainage crews and ensure that we maintain our high standards of work.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- Previous experience managing a drainage crew, either in a Foreman role or as a second-in-command, and be looking to advance your career.
- Proficiency in laying gravity mains and working with 3 waters.
- The ability to read and interpret plans, and effectively liaise with clients and Project Managers on-site.
- Experience operating excavators, particularly in deep drainage scenarios (5 to 6 meters), while working around shields.
- A Class 4 license is beneficial.
- A commitment to physical fitness and the capability to work within established timeframes.
