    About the Company Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand, is responsible for managing the daily operations of our health system across the country. We deliver services at local, district, regional, and national levels, integrating the functions of the previous 20 District Health Boards into our regional divisions and district offices. About the Role We currently have an opening for a locum Cardiologist at our tertiary center. This position requires general Cardiology coverage, and while a subspecialty interest is not necessary, we are open to applicants who may bring additional expertise in a subspecialty area. The role can be tailored to either full-time or part-time hours, with the duration of the contract negotiable, potentially extending into 2026. As a Cardiology Consultant, you will provide comprehensive care for both inpatients and outpatients within the realm of general Cardiology. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in delivering specialized care for a variety of Cardiology cases. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in clinical practice at Christchurch Hospital and our outreach clinics. Why Join Us?
