About the Role We are currently seeking Psychiatrists to join our team in full-time and part-time positions in the vibrant city of Christchurch. There is truly a rhythm for everyone in our city. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be an integral part of our Adult General and Inpatient Service within our integrated health system. In this role, you will encounter a variety of clinical presentations, contributing to both new admissions and ongoing patient care. Requirements We welcome applications from Psychiatrists who have experience in adult mental health, including inpatient, community, and psychiatric emergency services. You will play an essential role within quality-driven, forward-thinking multidisciplinary teams where collaboration and professionalism are paramount. Each day will bring unique challenges and experiences. Your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise will enable you to deliver innovative acute and long-term care tailored to individual needs. As a Psychiatrist, you will take on a leadership role within our established multidisciplinary teams and have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our client-centered frameworks. To be eligible for this position, you must be able to gain registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
