About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our residential home in Burnside, Christchurch. In this role, you will work 60 hours per fortnight, with a pay rate ranging from $24.00 to $30.00, depending on your qualifications and experience. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to gain independence and participate actively in their daily lives. Each day will present unique challenges and rewards, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to apply coaching techniques that maximize their independence and encourage choice and participation in activities, while adhering to our organizational values and active support principles.
- Providing assistance with personal care and daily living tasks for clients within their homes.
