About the Company
At Ryman Healthcare, we believe that a fulfilling life becomes richer with age. As a leader in retirement living and aged care, our mission is to enhance freedom, connection, and well-being for individuals as they grow older. We proudly own and operate 49 villages across New Zealand and Australia, employing approximately 7,700 team members in various sectors. We are also honored to be the first healthcare company to receive the Wellbeing Tick, demonstrating our commitment to quality care. Our guiding principle is simple: everything we do must be 'good enough for mum and dad.'
