About the Role We are looking for an exceptional leader who is ready to inspire and guide our Free Flow team to achieve greatness. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering enthusiasm, collaboration, and success within the team. Your leadership will not only help retain and grow our talented team members but also ensure that we meet our objectives in quality, food safety, cost control, and production. As a Team Leader, you will drive a culture of health and safety and actively encourage positive behaviors. You will oversee the completion of the daily production plan, uphold high standards of quality and food safety, and lead the team in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, you will identify training needs, ensure timely training, and work towards meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilizing SIMPLIFY! techniques, you will ensure issues are effectively resolved or escalated as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in a food production environment. A solid understanding of production compliance, HR, quality and food safety, animal welfare, risk management program (RMP), environmental health and safety (EHS), and continuous improvement principles is essential. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership qualities and possess the ability to make decisions within authority limits. You should be adept at balancing conflicting priorities and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook. The ability to interpret and utilize relevant reports and data is also important.
