About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, responsible for crafting and delivering a world-class culinary experience for our discerning and well-traveled guests. Your creativity and expertise will be essential as you design menus that highlight local and regional ingredients, in line with the Baillie Lodges Culinary Philosophy that guides our dining experiences across all our lodges.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury lodges or resorts is preferred
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality dining
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to schedules
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- A passion for innovative food
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
