About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Facilities Management professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional building operations and maintaining high standards of presentation while adding value to our retail centers. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail centers, ensuring both efficiency and excellence. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing asset performance and overall value. Your expertise in budget management, cost control, and contributions to investment plans will be crucial in maximizing asset value. Requirements We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses a combination of knowledge and experience in engineering and building operations specifically related to retail assets. You should have the commercial awareness necessary to build a profitable, high-performing business, as well as the leadership skills to foster a unified team culture across our client portfolios in New South Wales. Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in a similar role - Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Familiarity with computer-based building maintenance and management systems - Strong financial literacy and IT skills - The ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders Benefits We invite you to apply by submitting your CV.
