About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Porter at Whangarei Hospital. In this vital role, you will support various departments and services by promptly carrying out porter tasks and fulfilling requests from the Head Porter or Supervisor. Your contributions will help maintain smooth and continuous operations throughout the hospital.
This is a permanent, full-time position that involves working 40 hours per week on a shift roster. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of individuals across the hospital campus.

About You
We are looking for a reliable and proactive team player who possesses a strong work ethic and a calm, helpful demeanor. You should be comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential that you are physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
Key Requirements:
- Current class 1 NZ driver's licence
- Secondary education
- Experience in a customer-related service role
- Effective communication skills with a diverse range of people
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
