About the Role We are currently seeking full-time Waterproofers to join our team. This position involves working across multiple regions in New Zealand, and we guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will receive necessary personal protective equipment and tools where required. The role is ideal for experienced waterproofers who are open to relocating or traveling based on project demands. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Apply waterproofing membranes and protective coatings to foundations, basements, balconies, and roofs. - Interpret job specifications and adhere to safety requirements. - Operate hand and power tools specific to waterproofing tasks. - Follow building code standards and health and safety guidelines. - Work effectively across various job sites and environments. Skills and Experience Required To be successful in this position, you should have: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in waterproofing or a related field. - Familiarity with torch-on membranes, liquid systems, and sealants. - A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred. - The ability to work independently and travel between job sites. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. The regions include: North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatū-Whanganui, Wellington.
