About the Role
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at Charles Upham Retirement Village in Rangiora, located just 30 minutes from Christchurch City, as a Caregiver. This part-time position offers 20 hours of work per week from Wednesday to Saturday.
In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards—care that you would want for your own loved ones. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our proprietary care app, myRyman, and work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
About You
To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, we are looking for individuals who possess kindness in their DNA, strong empathy, and outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential for this role. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
