About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals lead fulfilling and meaningful lives within their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include supporting them in pursuing their personal dreams and goals through various activities, such as swimming, attending sporting events, engaging in arts and crafts, going to the movies, or shopping. The possibilities are endless.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess a kind and understanding nature. While previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, especially working with youth, it is not mandatory.
Key requirements include:
- A full driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- A desire to empower individuals to learn new skills and achieve their goals.
- An energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to think creatively.
- Respect for diverse perspectives and lifestyles.
- Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness, as the individuals we support come from various backgrounds with unique needs and interests.
Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $23.50 to $29.10 per hour.
