About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated caregiver with a Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification to join our supportive team at Ivy Home. In the role of Wellness Partner, you will provide hospital-level care to our residents while working closely with our Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supporting residents with their daily living, enhancing their wellbeing, and upholding our core values of dignity, compassion, and respect. The work schedule for this position includes shifts from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with the exception of Fridays, where the shift runs from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The specific shift pattern is as follows: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Requirements Applicants for this position must have New Zealand residency.
